Welcome to Vary Fashion These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, purchases, and interactions with our brand. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. We treat these terms with the same care we apply to our hand‑finished garments – they are designed to ensure a fair and lasting relationship.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders & acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Vary Fashion We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason (including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraud). After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email; this does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel. Payment is taken at the time of order via our secure payment partners. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for bespoke commissions.

5. Shipping & delivery

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery. For bespoke items, production times are provided at the time of consultation and may vary due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and include handling and packaging. Any customs duties or import taxes are your responsibility.

6. Returns & exchanges

6.1 Ready‑to‑wear

We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items in original packaging within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are non‑refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

6.2 Made‑to‑measure & bespoke

Because each bespoke garment is individually crafted to your measurements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. We will of course work with you to adjust the fit – our tailors offer one complimentary adjustment within three months of delivery.

7. Product authenticity & care

All Vary Fashion garments are made using authentic heritage materials. We provide care instructions with each item; failure to follow these may affect durability. Natural variations in fabric, horn buttons, and hand‑finishing are part of the character of classic clothing and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site – including text, graphics, logos, images, and software – is the property of Vary Fashion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. User accounts & conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities under it. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, or to disrupt the site's functionality.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vary Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vary Fashion, its employees, and tailors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
